Technical Brief & Voltage Alignment
We review your workpiece drawings, cycle time targets, and local electrical standards (380V/415V/480V 50/60Hz) plus desired automation brand (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Festo).
CE & Risk Assessment (EN ISO 12100)
Detailed 3D CAD modeling, FEA stress simulation, safety interlock design, and creation of the complete European Technical File / Declaration of Conformity.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Live Video Runoff
We conduct live HD multi-camera trial runoffs with your production parts. CMM dimensional reports, CPK analysis, and cycle-time validation must be 100% approved before crating.
Military-Grade VCI & ISPM-15 Packaging
Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) heat-sealed barrier, heavy-duty desiccant packs, and fumigated heat-treated timber crates with ShockWatch® and TiltWatch® telemetry tags.
Customs Clearance & JNPT Multimodal Logistics
FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or CIF Port of Destination. Full customs documentation, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and HSN 8479 export declarations provided.
