SPM & Automation Fabrication
Our fabrication bay handles machines from small bench-top special purpose equipment to large automated production lines. We manage the complete build — structure fabrication, machining, electrical integration, pneumatics, testing, and dispatch.

CNC & Advanced Machining
Our machining division operates CNC lathes, VMCs, HMCs, and grinding machines to produce precision components for SPMs, jigs, and customer-specific proto parts. Tolerances down to ±0.005mm achievable on critical features.

Extend Your Machine Life
Don't scrap an aging machine — recondition it. We strip, refurbish, re-machine worn components, upgrade electrical systems, and return your machine to as-new performance. Typically 40–60% of replacement cost.
Condition Assessment
Full machine inspection, performance gap analysis, and reconditioning report with cost estimate.
Mechanical Rebuild
Worn components re-machined or replaced, alignments corrected, lubrication systems serviced.
Electrical Upgrade
